About eight weeks before the blackberry harvest, the canes begin flowering, which brings thousands of bees to the brambles! This collection features honey from the hives located between our two brambles, and it’s loaded with the lovely character of Kansas summer. Nothing could round it out better than blackberry preserves, creamy goat brie, and ancient grain crackers. Celebrate blackberry season this winter!”
