Line Cook

1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required. Great applicants will bring enthusiasm for learning new skills, attention to detail, ability to follow verbal and written instructions carefully, respect for all team members, and enjoyment of working in an active and busy service environment. Line cooks will work in dinner service Tuesday through Saturday 1pm to close (schedule subject to adjustments in service or hour availability). Responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, portioning, plating, packaging, cleaning and dishwashing when necessary.
