Join George Elder in the cheese room for a hands-on technical class in cheesemaking (maximum of six participants, minimum age 14).
George will lead you through the process from inoculation through forming. Get an overview of the principles of cheesemaking in general and learn how to make halloumi and ricotta cheese. All participants take home a fresh halloumi for their dinner!
