Private Event Rates, Capacities, and Availability

We love to host special gatherings, including birthdays, anniversaries, wedding-related and other family events as well as corporate or organization events. We work closely with your group to provide a memorable event that includes excellent locally-sourced food, beautiful presentation and attentive service in a lovely Kansas countryside setting close to Wichita.

PRIVATE FARM TO TABLE DINNER

Entire venue (capacity 54-60, indoors or outdoors)
$58 per person plus beverages, tax, tip
$3200 minimum on a regular farm dinner night
$2800 minimum on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or other non-farm dinner night
Capacity 54-60 indoors or outdoors

Menu depends on availability of local ingredients and includes:
Elderslie Farm goat cheese and other appetizers
House-made pasta or other grains featuring seasonal veggies or protein
Seasonal salad
Main course – Pork/Lamb/Beef
Dessert – chocolate or fruit-based

A recommended wine pairing is available for $15 and includes three 3-ounce pours. Beer and wine may also be purchased by the glass or bottle. There is a $20 corkage fee per bottle if a guest would like to bring wine.

Special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Includes full access from 8 AM to 11 PM
Free initial consultation, $50 per hour thereafter for Elderslie event coordinator

Covered Pavilion (capacity about 60)
Minimum food/beverage purchase: $525 (brunch, lunch, appetizers/small bites)
Minimum food/beverage purchase: $3200 (farm dinner night) or $2800 (non-farm night).

North Dining Room (capacity 16)
Dinner: $928 minimum food/beverage
Brunch/Lunch: $425 minimum food/beverage

South Dining Room (capacity 30)
Dinner: $1740 minimum food/beverage purchase
Brunch/Lunch: $525 minimum food/beverage purchase

Parlor (capacity 12)
Dinner: $928 minimum food/beverage purchase

All Three Dining Rooms (capacity 54-60)

HORS D’OEUVRES/APPETIZERS/SMALL BITES
$18-26 per person plus beverages, tax and tip

Focaccia, puff pastry, bruschetta, house-made breads/crackers with toppings

Beer and wine are available by the glass or bottle depending on the event.
A variety of non-alcoholic beverages is also available.
Wine by the glass begins at $8.00 per glass.
Beer is available by the bottle.
Corkage fee: $20 per bottle
